it seems to have been a one time deal for now, alot of people hope there would be another, but it has been a long time since the first one...my guess is maybe for GW2 launch lol, or if another community staff member leaves

and the chance of anet making the BEST community manager ever less important b/c she has the rarest mini of all time are 0%.

The party drops were a special event to say goodbye to Gaile Gray when she changed positions in the company. http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Farewell_to_Gaile

At that time she was also given several frog mini-pets including Halloween and Wintersday versions. http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/The_Frog_(miniature)

no because anet would have to change the event rotation and we know thats not gonna happen with the amount of staff they have working on it
